The Oregon Ducks and Kansas Jayhawks went back and forth for a good part of the first half, but hot shooting and solid Defense won Oregon the game.

After making the NCAA Tournament for the last five seasons, including the last two Elite Eights, Oregon made it over the hump to reach their first Final Four under Head Coach Dana Altman. The Ducks shot the lights out clipping 60 percent from the floor in the first half quieting a Kansas City, Missouri crowd that was heavily favoring the Jayhawks.

Jordan Bell had eight blocks and his second double double with 11 points and 13 rebounds. He was 5 for 6 from the field. Tyler Dorsey had another big game for Oregon and added 27 points. It was his eighth straight 20+ point performance. Dillon Brooks had 17 points including several shots high of the glass that fell through the net.

It will be the Oregon Ducks first trip to the Final Four since the last time they won the National Championship, the first one back in 1939. Oregon will face the Sunday winner between Kentucky and North Carolina next week in Arizona in the Final Four.

Jordan Bell has stepped up his game since the loss of Chris Boucher and he is the biggest reason that Oregon is headed to the Final Four. That and hot shooting from Tyler Dorsey and Dillon Brooks. At this point, Oregon has earned their chance. They started the season ranked 4th, lost a few games early and fought back to get to the same spot.
