Oregon Ducks Look For Fourth Straight Win vs Portland

The Oregon Ducks wrap up a homestand facing Portland for one game on Tuesday.

Oregon Head Coach George Horton picked up his 800th career win as a Division I Head Coach over the weekend as the Ducks swept UC Irvine over the weekend. A big series looks at 7th ranked Arizona this weekend. Portland comes to PK Park having already lost a tight 1-0 game to Oregon this season.

Portland(7-24-1) has won two of their last three games entering the game at PK Park. The Pilots are 1-17 away from home. As a team, they are hitting .233 led by Matt Kelly and Kevin Wade. Portland has 17 home runs on the season. With the Oregon Ducks entering a big weekend series against Arizona, the game will likely be played without their full compliment of bullpen pitchers.

The Oregon Ducks(21-8, 5-4 Pac-12) are ranked 22nd in the country by Baseball America thanks to solid Starting Pitching and timely hitting.
