The Oregon Football team under Willie Taggart seems to be progressing well in Spring Camp and the Head Coach is happy with the effort he has seen so far.

Overall the team appears to be more upbeat and on the field things look more physical. The Offensive Line under Mario Cristobal is working on becoming a more physical line up front. As it stands three weeks into Practice it looks like the Oregon Offense will be led by one player.

Running Back Royce Freeman has become a monster for the Ducks Offense and is one player that no one on the Defense wants any part of, which is a good thing. One would think opposing Defenses will run with the same line of thought entering the Fall.

With the departure last week of Quarterback Terry Wilson, it seems that the Ducks Quarterback Battle will come down between Justin Herbert and Travis Jonsen.

"I like the way our guys are picking it up on the Offensive side of the ball and the run game picking things up. Defensively guys step up each day, that’s good to see to see those guys to continue to improve.Oregon Head Coach Willie Taggart on Offense in Spring Camp"

With a rotating depth chart, the competition is constant. With that said, every day each player knows where they stand with a grade given by coaches at the end of practice. It is important to note that I cannot do a comparison to previous seasons as practices were closed.
