Oregon Football: Start Times Announced For Southern Utah, Nebraska, and Wyoming
The first season of Oregon Football under Head Coach Willie Taggart will begin with evening and afternoon home games.
The Oregon Ducks are on Summer Break before the start of Fall Camp in a few months. On Wednesday, the University of Oregon announced the start times for the first three games of the season, all non-conference games.
Oregon Football opens the 2017 campaign hosting Southern Wyoming on Saturday, September 2nd for a 5:15pm Pacific Time kickoff on Pac-12 Network. Oregon does not have a cupcake non-conference slate this year. The second game the following week on Saturday, September 9th will see the Nebraska Cornhuskers come to Autzen Stadium for a 1:30pm Pacific Time kickoff on FOX.
The Cornhuskers narrowly beat the Ducks last season at Memorial Stadium. The game completes the home and home scheduling agreement that was set several seasons back between the two teams. Mike Riley will return to Autzen Stadium in his second season with Nebraska. He was formerly the Head Coach at Oregon State and played the Ducks every season in the annual Civil War.
The third announced game wraps up the non-conference slate as Oregon Football travels to Wyoming to take on the Cowboys. The game time was previously announced and will be on CBS Sports Network at 4pm Pacific Time.
