Oregon Football: Ducks Set For Night Kickoff vs Cal Bears
Oregon Football(3-0) is building momentum as the Pac-12 Conference season begins this week on the road at Arizona State.
Three non-conference wins has fans excited about what this team brings to the table this season. The media is also looking for something after a 3-0 start. Oregon will face Arizona State on Saturday night at 7pm on Pac-12 Network. On Monday, it was announced that Josh Wilcox and the California Golden Bears will give Oregon Football back to back night games.
In Week 5 the premiere game features USC traveling to Washington State, both undefeated and both capable of putting up a lot of points. The matchup is slated for the Friday Night game on ESPN, which opened the Saturday night slot on Fox Sports 1 for Oregon and Cal. Washington at Oregon State is set for the 5pm PT slot on Pac-12 Network. Fox Sports 1 will broadcast the Oregon game vs the Cal Bears at Autzen Stadium at 7:30pm Pacific Time.
Oregon Football has found momentum early in the season. The Oregon Defense is playing with emotion that was hard to find most of last season, with the exception of big plays by then Freshman Troy Dye. The Oregon Defense enters this week as the top team in the Nation in Passes Defended.
The Oregon Offense is led by the only Active Leader in Rushing yards in Running Back Royce Freeman. The Senior is currently tied with LaMichael James for most touchdowns in a U of O Uniform and is set to break the record against Arizona State on Saturday.
The Offensive Line has allowed just three sacks this season, including two most recently at Wyoming. Entering Game Week, Oregon is a 16 point favorite on the road against the Sundevils. Over the last few years, it has always been a good test on the road at the Arizona Schools for Oregon Football. The Ducks get back to back night games over the next two weeks.
