Pac-12 Picks: Autzen Zoo picks Week 4 Games
By Chris Jones
Head coach Mike McIntyre and the Buffaloes host 7th-ranked Washington at Folsom Field on Saturday night.
Neither team has faced formidable competition, so it will be each team’s first real test of the season.
Can Colorado avenge their blowout loss to the Huskies in last year’s Pac-12 Championship?
Justin’s Pick: Washington 35, Colorado 24
Browning has thrown 8 touchdowns. Montez has thrown 6 with three interceptions. The talent of the Huskies runs a lot deeper than the Buffaloes, but Montez has a better completion percentage.
Colorado could stay with Washington for the better part of three quarters, but the Huskies will pull away in the end.
Chris’ Pick: 31-20 Washington
Colorado quarterback Steven Montez has been effective so far this season, but has not faced a defense like he will when Washington comes to town.
Colorado will have the home-field advantage, but won’t have enough offensive firepower to pull off the upset.
