For years, the California Golden Bears had the Air Raid Offense. Now, 3-1, Head Coach Justin Wilcox brings something different to Eugene.

Both the Oregon Ducks and California Golden Bears will look to get back on track after Conference losses last week. Oregon fell on the road at Arizona State. Cal lost to USC, but managed to stay with the Trojans through the majority of the first half. Both teams are looking to avoid an 0-2 Start in the Pac-12 Conference.

After a better than average 3-0 start to the season, the Ducks have come back to Earth somewhat after losing by two points to Arizona State on the road. The Oregon Defense is still learning under Defensive Coordinator Jim Leavitt. The bright spot last weekend was the play of Jalen Jelks who was all over the field disrupting and sacking Manny Wilkins on several occasions. Both Oregon and Cal enter the game this week giving up just over 25 points Defensively per game.

Oregon Football, thanks to multiple 42 point outburts still leads the nation scoring 58 points per game.

Cal Quarterback Ross Bowers has thrown for six touchdowns and over 1100 yards this season. Patrick Laird and Vic Enwere are the two headed monster at Running Back accounting for just over 500 yards of Offense to go with seven touchdowns.

The big threat from the Golden Bears may be through the air. WIde Receivers are averaging over 12 yards per play starting with Vic Wharton III putting up over 16 yards per play. Kicker Matt Anderson has been far from perfect hitting 60 percent on field goals. He has missed three field goals from beyond 40 yards this season.
