2017 Oregon Football vs Washington Huskies Live Stream: Preview, In Game Analysis, Who To Watch

Oregon Football(5-4, 2-4 Pac-12) travels to Washington(7-1, 4-1 Pac-12) to take on the Huskies with a revamped and improved Defense.

The Oregon Defense has been building positive momentum throughout the season under Defensive Coordinator Jim Leavitt. Troy Dye and Jalen Jelks are thriving in a new system. While Thomas Graham has been ‘learning by experience,’ he has shown growth at the Cornerback position in just his Freshman season with Oregon.

Ugo Amadi and Arrion Springs are havng a positive impacr this season with Amadi taking back a fumble last weekend vs Utah. Springs has shown he can be a better stopper at Corner than he was last season and in key areas of the game.

The Oregon Offense started the season off well, but stumbled with Freshman Quarterback Braxton Burmeister. He has shown over the last four weeks that he can be counted on if necessary. It did cost Oregon some losses to get there, but they will be better for it.

The Washington Huskies are a team that has experience. They have a solid Offense and a good Quarterback and most importantly they are efficient. They are the most Offensively Efficient team in the Pac-12, but showed cracks last week in a loss to Arizona State on the road. The Oregon Defense needs to be ready to take advantage and keep Jake Browning in check as much as possible for the shot at coming away with a win.

The big question for Oregon is who will start at Quarterback? If Burmeister gets his 5th start, the Ducks Defense will have to work harder. If Justin Herbert is healthy enough to play in the game – not necessarily start – the penalties will be less and he could keep Oregon in the game with his arm.
