The Oregon Ducks Women’s Basketball team faces Texas A&M and a road trip in the third round of the Preseason WNIT.

After taking care of business in two home games to start the season, the Oregon Ducks Women head to College Station to take the show on the road vs a Top 20 opponent. Texas A&M started the season 2-0, just like Oregon. Kelly Graves has watched his team start hot right out of the gate with Sophomore Sabrina Ionescu picking up where she left off last season. On Sunday vs Drake she picked up her fifth career triple-double in her young career with her eyes set on tying the Pac-12 mark.

The Oregon Ducks are averaging over 100 points per game this season and Ionescu is leading the way averaging 22 points, 8 rebounds and 9 assists per game. Freshman Satou Sabally is right behind with 15 points per game and Senior Lexi Bando has her eyes on the career 3-point mark. She is hitting 62 percent from beyond the arc this season.

For Texas A&M, Danni Williams is the player to watch. She leads the team in scoring entering the game with Oregon. Three Starters for A&M are averaging double-doubles through two games early this season. A&M has 34 turnovers and averages 13 assists per game.

The Oregon Offense can score, but the Defense will be the key vs Texas A&M. Keeping out of foul trouble early can be a momentum killer for the road team, especially with an experienced team like the Aggies.
