The Oregon Ducks Women’s Basketball team had a memorable day with two milestones vs Washington at Matthew Knight Arena.

Four players scored in double figures getting Head Coach Kelly Graves his 500th Career Victory as a Head Coach, but one player performance stood out. Sophomore Sabrina Ionescu set a new mark in the NCAA for Triple Doubles. She had 24 points, 14 rebounds, and 10 assists helping Oregon to a 94-83 win against the Washington Huskies..

Last season the Oregon Ducks were without Ionescu who was out recovering from a broken thumb. The team started Pac-12 play 0-3. It was a bit of a grind to get back from. This season, Oregon is ranked 10th in the Nation and are among the Nation’s top scoring teams. The Ducks Sophomore has played a key role all season and has Oregon 2-0 in Pac-12 Conference play.

Oregon has 29 assists and opened the first quarter with a 27-10 lead. Washington closed to within 10 at the half. Lexi Bando and Jenna Moser found their shots. Bando finished with 20 points and was 5 for 9 from three-point range. Washington’s  Moser finished with 12 points and was 4 for 5 from beyond the arc.

Head Coach Kelly Graves reached the 500 win plateau for his career. Graves started his career at St. Mary’s and Gonzaga before joining the Ducks in 2014. It has taken him 20 years to reach the mark.
