The Oregon Ducks (10-4)battled through a tale of two halfs on Friday in a loss vs Utah and look to rebound vs Colorado.

The Colorado Buffaloes(8-5) have lost two straight games and are 0-3 on the road this season. Their most recent loss was at Oregon State to open Pac-12 play. The Beavers forced 18 turnovers and held the Buffaloes to 34 percent shooting from the floor. There are similarities between both Colorado and Oregon this season.

Both teams suffer from hitting stretches of shooting that goes cold on a regular basis. While Colorado outrebounded Oregon State 36-34, OSU also held the Buffaloes to shooting 28 percent from three-point range, an area where the Ducks struggled down the stretch on Friday in the loss to Utah. The last six minutes of the game saw nothing but three-point shots by Oregon. The Ducks lost by ten points 66-56.

Colorado has three players averaging in double figures led by McKinley Wright IV. He is averaging 16 points per game and is the player to watch hitting 37 percent from three-point range and close to 50 percent from the floor. Oregon has been working on the Defensive end and Freshman Kenny Wheaton, when he’s not in foul trouble has delivered.

Wooten has blocked 24 shots over the last five games and had 4 blocks in the first half against Washington State to open Pac-12 play. The Ducks have been working on rebounding and it has paid off. Entering the game, Oregon is +53 on the boards, leading the Pac-12 Conference in rebound margin(+7.7). The loss to Utah was the first when Oregon led in rebounds. Rebounding will be key vs Colorado who likes to push the pace and will look to dominate early.
