The Oregon Ducks fought the entire game and gained valuable experience in a 10 point loss vs Arizona.

Head Coach Dana Altman knew all season he had a team that could shoot the ball. When they needed it on Saturday they came through. Elijah Brown for the second straight game was the Ducks best player on the floor. He shot 7 for 11 and was 6 for 10 from three-point range for 25 points. MiKyle McIntosh put in 22 points.

It was a game of runs. Arizona State jumped out to an early lead before Oregon answered back again and again. The game was tied at 55 with seven minutes left. Arizona shot 61 percent in the second half to the Ducks 43 percent. The Ducks shot 8 for 27 from three-point range and were outrebounded by the Wildcats 27-23.

Payton Pritchard attempted six three-pointers, making just one in the final minutes. For the most part, they were all open looks. An experienced Arizona team was always able to do a little bit more and in the end, won the game 90-83. It was a 1-1 road trip for the Oregon Men’s Basketball team, but there are more positives to take than negatives.

The team could be 0-2 on the road, but Senior Transfers Elijah Brown and MiKyle McIntosh played well against Arizona and Arizona State. Paul White had a big night against the Sundevils. The Ducks return home knowing they can compete with the best in the Pac-12.
