The Oregon Ducks win against Colorado was costly with another player lost to injury for an unknown amount of time.

Ruthy Hebard and Sabrina Ionescu led Oregon in points and a 74-55 win. Hebard was a rebound away from a double-double. Kelly Graves watched Colorado jump out to an early first quarter lead before the Ducks came back. The Buffaloes led in the game for just over a minute with Oregon winning each of the final three quarters. The Ducks had 10 steals and 15 assists in the game.

At the half, the Oregon Ducks had turned seven Colorado turnovers into points. For the game, the Buffs had 14 turnovers that Oregon turned into 18 points. The Ducks lost one of their most experienced players to a hand injury in the game. Maite Cazorla will be out for an unknown amount of time according to Kelly Graves from his post-game comments.

The Oregon Ducks have already adapted to play without Lexi Bando, who is out with a leg injury. Now the team will have to find another way without Cazorla in the lineup. Hebard and Ionescu were the key point scorers against Colorado. They may have to continue that trend and find success the rest of the season.

One thing that Kelly Graves has done successfully is to get every player on the team playing time this season. The experience will go a long way, especially now with injuries to two key Starters.
