The Oregon Ducks look to close out the Regular Season strong and will need Freshman to step up on the road.

Last time Oregon played on the road against USC and UCLA Troy Brown was not at his best. As a result, the Ducks lost both games. Kenny Wooten has found himself in foul trouble in a handful of important games this season. While at times the Underclassmen of Oregon have played well, there have also been times where not only coaches but fans are likely shaking their heads.

The Oregon Ducks received a big boost by Senior Elijah Brown on Saturday against Arizona. He put in 30 points hitting 15 of 17 from the free throw line to secure a win and put Oregon closer to the NCAA Tournament Bubble. Winning against Washington State and Washington are the next check box on the list.

The Cougars are playing well, winning 2 of their last 4 and keeping Stanford on their heels missing a three-pointer at the buzzer on the Farm last week. Oregon played a complete and physical game against Arizona at Matthew Knight Arena. They need to take that physicality on the road this week.

"The consistency that you hope for we haven’t had as a team – those young guys sort of exemplify that. They have made progress, I can see it in practice….there is no doubt they have taken big steps, they just have to do it on the road.Head Coach Dana Altman discusses Freshman Struggles This Season"

If the Ducks can get it done on the road, they could finish the Pac-12 Regular season as high as 3rd in the Conference, losses could move them to 7th. A 3rd place finish gets them a ‘bye’ in the first round of the Pac-12 Tournament.
