Tennessee Titans Quarterback Marcus Mariota is leading by example as the team prepares for the 2018 season.

What a difference a year makes. Last season, the former Oregon Ducks Quarterback was rehabbing a broken fibula suffered against the Jacksonville Jaguars. The recovery was a long process.

While the first official team meeting is set for next Monday, Mariota has already started the process of getting back to football following a record-setting 14 win season for the Tennessee Titans.

Mariota has been working with his Wide Receivers in California in recent weeks helping to work out the rust of the offseason and building early team chemistry. While Mariota has been working with Wide Receivers in California, members of the Titans Secondary have also taken a page following his lead with workouts in Tennessee.

Earlier this week, Mariota and several teammates were on hand as the team unveiled new uniforms in honor of their 20th season. The new look is cleaner and I am already a fan of the dark uniforms. The helmet features the Titans sword down the middle of the helmet.

The colors remain the same in white and powder blue, but there has been a much-needed update since the Music City Miracle Days.

The Tennessee Titans are working on resetting the football culture. After the success of last season, their Starting Quarterback has taken the reigns, much like he did with the University of Oregon. With the start of the season still four months away Tennessee is looking to get back to the Playoffs and have a Quarterback who may just lead them there.
