The Oregon Ducks may have found experience in a key Offensive role for the 2018 season in Graduate Transfer Kano Dillon.

Dillon is a hybrid player and Oregon Football has seen those types before. Byron Marshall is the most recent to fit into multiple positions. Marshall has 1000 yards receiving at Wideout and 1000 yards on the ground at Running Back during his time at Oregon. The Ducks key area of need is at Tight End. Dillon fits the bill.

Dillon is transferring from the University of Central Florida. He had 11 catches as a Junior last season and brings a physical frame that should be an asset for Head Coach Mario Cristobal in the passing game for the upcoming season. In his College debut back in 2015, he had his best game with four catches amounting to 126 yards and a touchdown.

His production dropped over his last few seasons likely due to limited playing time. Perhaps there was too much talent at the position at USF over the last few seasons. The Ducks will be getting an experienced player who should be able to step on the field immediately and make an impact as a receiving threat and a key player in the Ducks Blocking Scheme entering the season.

Dillon is a graduate transfer and will receive his degree in May from USF which will make him eligible for the 2018 season in an Oregon Uniform. The USF Transfer missed Spring and the Spring Game but will need to get up to speed quickly in Fall Camp.
