Oregon Starting Pitcher Kenyon Yovan took Pac-12 Pitcher of the Week honors after a fifteen strikeout performance and win over the USC Trojans. On Tuesday, Yovan hit a three-run home run in the bottom of the first inning to give the Ducks a 3-0 lead over Oregon State, but the Beavers would rally.

The sixth-ranked Oregon State Beavers looked like a top ten team. They did not panic with the Ducks early 3-0 lead and found a way to chip away and earn the victory.
