Oregon Football continues to make a push to the future and on Thursday offered Wide Receiver Josh Delgado a scholarship.

Delgado is one of the more intriguing players in the Class of 2019. He has big game experience and brings speed to the position. Delgado is not the biggest Wide Receiver at 5 foot 11, but one thing the Ducks may have in their favor is he has connections with several players already committed to play for Mario Cristobal and Oregon Football.

Josh Delgado has been on the radar of the UCLA Bruins for a while and they still remain in contact. Oregon also joins USC, and Washington in the Pac-12 race for his services. Delgado is ranked inside the Top 200 of the 247Sports Composite but with the addition of an Oregon Scholarship, others schools may soon follow suit.

Delgado is ranked the 30th best Wide Receiver in the country and the 27th best out of the State of Florida. In watching his highlights, one thing stands out. He has break away ability once he catches the ball. He is also not afraid to go up for a pass. He has athleticism and does not play like he is 5 foot 11. The 4-Star Wide Receiver hopes to have his college decision narrowed down this summer.

As it currently stands, the team in the lead in Washington according to 247Sports back in October. Seven months later, Josh Delgado has picked up more offers with Arkansas and Oregon being the most recent on the list.

While the Oregon Defense stepped up in the Oregon Spring Game, the Oregon Offense did not have a standout performance at Wide Receiver in the game, relying on the running game and CJ Verdell stepping up along with Freshman Wide Receiver Daewood Davis.
