Devon Williams may be one of my favorite receivers in the nation heading into the 2021 season and I think he may actually be the most underrated.

The former USC receiver and blue-chip recruit transferred to Oregon after playing just five games through two seasons with the Trojans. In his first season with the Ducks, he played in five games and led Oregon with 15 catches for 286 yards and a couple of touchdowns. He had just five catches for 98 yards and a score in his first two collegiate seasons.

I would have put Mycah Pittman here to follow in his brother’s footsteps and make it to the NFL but he doesn’t quite have the size to be a premier NFL prospect.

Williams, on the other hand, is a 6-5, 205-pound monster target with strong hands and big-play abilities. He may not be penciled in as a sure starter for 2021 just yet, but I could see him working his way into that starting lineup for the Ducks.

NFL teams will be drawn to his size and athleticism and ability to make plays.
