New year, new Oregon football threads.
Every season, the Ducks release some variant of their jerseys and the 2021 version is pretty interesting.
The jerseys were teased on Twitter by ‘@GoDucks’ and 247Sports got screenshots of the new uniforms which it released on Monday afternoon.
According to Matt Prehm of 247Sports, the Ducks released a new look ahead of the 2021 season, and guess what? The new jerseys are infinite fire emojis.
The whites look crisp and clean, the greens got a fresh new look and I don’t think you can ever go wrong with the all-green look with yellow numbers, and the yellow look is a fantastic alternate. The Ducks arguably have the best jerseys in college football and it’s because they’re always adding new looks and keeping it fresh.
Every year, Oregon shows off with new jerseys and that’s the advantage the Ducks have in being basically Nike headquarters and Phil Knight being an alum and massive donor.
Whenever the Ducks need to switch it up, Knight and Nike get it done.
One cool addition to the new uniforms is the return of the shoulder decals, but this time they actually look good rather than tacky.
Oregon is going to look really good this fall when pushing for a playoff spot.
Does Oregon football have the best jerseys in the Pac-12?
It’s hard to argue that anyone has better jerseys in the Pac-12 than Oregon, and this color combination and constant changes and upgrades keeps the Ducks ahead of the pack.
USC has classic jerseys and they’ll never truly change that much but it’s a good look, Washington has decent jerseys, Arizona State’s jerseys have been much better over the years, and I love the color combination of Oregon State’s. But Oregon is heads and shoulders above everyone else.
Three things are constants in life: Death, taxes, elite Oregon jerseys.
