1. Oregon should run the table

This was the one game on Oregon’s schedule that presented the biggest problem. The Ducks were only major underdogs in this one game against Ohio State and the rest of the schedule now seems more winnable than ever before.

Even keeping things close against Ohio State would have shown that this Oregon team is for real, but beating the Buckeyes on the road was unthinkable.

Now that Oregon has pulled off the unlikeliest of scenarios, the Ducks should honestly have no problem running the table this season and going 12-0 into the Pac-12 title game. Is that a hot take? Not really if the Ducks bring that same intensity they had against Ohio State into the remainder of their games. If the defense improves and the offense continues to grow, there’s not a single team left on the schedule that can beat Oregon.

Washington looks incredibly beatable, Stanford looks unpredictable, Utah also looks very beatable, and UCLA will probably be the toughest remaining game and Oregon should win in Los Angeles.

I’d be shocked if the Ducks didn’t have at least 11 or 12 regular-season wins this year.
