1. Oregon wins by a touchdown as a road “underdog”

There’s a common assumption in the betting world: the home team gets two points toward the spread. While that’s not always the case, that feels like what’s happening here as the Bruins are favored by one, according to WynnBET.

It seems wild that the No. 10 team in college football is the underdog against a two-loss unranked team on the road, but here we are. Oregon is technically the “underdog” here.

Oregon is going to get off to a strong start and hold a lead throughout the first half, but things will be tight. It’ll be a back-and-forth affair in the second half and UCLA may even have a late lead, but Anthony Brown and Travis Dye are going to cause problems for that Bruins defense and they’ll storm back to take a touchdown lead with just over two minutes left.

Dorian Thompson-Robinson won’t be able to lead his team to a tying score, but he’ll get into the red zone as the Ducks will have to sweat out another close one.

Oregon wins by a touchdown, but not without more drama.
