Cyrus Moss just posted a picture on Twitter yesterday that probably made Oregon fans gag a little bit. He was pictured with Mario Cristobal in Miami gear and that had to be a slap in the face because the former coach recruited him hard to join the Oregon football program.

Cristobal’s recruiting effort seemed to work as Oregon has been a leader in his recruitment for quite some time but now he’s trying to get the top-100 defensive end to join him in Miami.

Moss is a game-changer on the defensive side of the ball and he would be a godsend for Dan Lanning on that defense. He could be a pro in three years if he commits to the Ducks and plays for the defensive mind that is Lanning and it just makes sense, fit-wise.

But Moss may want to go to a program with a more proven head coach. Will that mean he joins Cristobal in Miami or takes a closer look at Arizona State, Alabama, USC?

Lanning needs to make sure he prioritizes the No. 63 overall recruit and sixth-best edge rusher in the class.
