Oregon got a huge official visit from Kevin Coleman a month ago and he’s also been to USC, Florida State, and (shield your eyes) most recently Miami. He actually checked out Mario Cristobal and the Hurricanes on Dec. 10 and getting that last visit may just help him land the four-star, but Oregon is still hopeful here.

You’d have to think Dan Lanning has made some calls and Coleman would have to be one of the first because he plays a position of need, especially after losing Mycah Pittman to the transfer portal and Johnny Johnson III and Jaylon Redd to the NFL draft.

Coleman would be a game-changer for Oregon, ranking as the No. 44 recruit in the class as well as the fourth-best receiver, according to the composite. Florida State currently looks like the favorite to land him, but he’s still high on Oregon, USC, and Miami is now in the mix.

If the Ducks are somehow able to secure a commitment from him this week, he would have an immediate impact on the offense next season.
