Future All-American: Devon Jackson

Leading the Ducks’ 2022 class at the top-ranked recruit is Devon Jackson.

The four-star linebacker from Omaha, Neb., picked the Ducks over Miami and he looks like one of the best recruits in the class. He’s ranked the No. 140 overall recruit and 12th-best linebacker in the class, according to the composite, and you know that Scott Frost is kicking himself that he let Jackson leave the state.

Not only does Jackson look like a future All-American on Oregon’s defense, he made the high school All-American bowl so it’s clear he has the talent to be considered one of the best.

Jackson is just a pure athlete and one of the quickest linebackers in the 2022 class. He’s played on both sides of the ball and he looks like a guy who can play sideline-to-sideline and wreak havoc on opposing offenses. He’s also solid in coverage.

Like Justius Lowe, Jackson is another one of the track stars in the Ducks’ 2022 class.

Jackson has all the tools to be a star.
