The Oregon Ducks are back on track after the women's basketball team demolished the Rutgers Scarlet Knights in their second-to-last conference game of the regular season. The Sunday night matchup was also Oregon's senior night and those seniors went out with a bang as the Ducks defeated the Scarlet Knights 77-58.

Before the game tipped off, Oregon honored its beloved seniors and then head coach Kelly Graves trotted out an all-senior starting lineup for the matchup: Alexis Whitfield, Nani Falatea, Peyton Scott, Phillipina Kyei, and Deja Kelly.

By the end of the game, Kyei had a career night with 20 points and a career-high 25 rebounds as she led the team in both stat lines. Scott and Kelly joined Kyei in double-digit scoring as they combined for 34 collective points.

Kyei and Kelly each had three assists and Falatea contributed two assists and three rebounds in the Ducks' dominant performance.

"It was a great day," Kyei said following the Senior Day ceremony. "Very emotional for me, and I was so happy everybody was here to witness us play basketball today."

Oregon's 19-point victory couldn't come at a better time as the Ducks have just one more game remaining in their regular season – a rivalry game against the Washington Huskies.

"All of our pieces are coming together, and it's the perfect time for that, right before March," Kelly said. "I'm really excited for this group."

Graves couldn't say enough about his team and his seniors following the matchup. His pride for his program was evident as he thanked his players for giving him, and Oregon, a chance to do what was needed.

Just last year, Oregon fell short of the NCAA and NIT Tournaments when the Ducks finished with an 11-21 overall record. Now, the Ducks are 19-9 overall with an incredible 10-7 record in Big Ten play. Almost undoubtedly, the Ducks will find themselves in a postseason tournament, a huge turnaround from last year.

Oregon and Washington are scheduled to play on Sunday, March 2 at 2 p.m. PT. The game will be broadcast on B1G+.
