March Madness doesn't start when the first game of the NCAA Tournament tips off, it starts when conference tournaments get underway. For the first time ever, the Oregon Ducks will be in the Big Ten Tournament and the men's team is heating up at the perfect time.
Currently, the Ducks sit in eighth place in the conference with a 9-8 record against Big Ten opponents. However, Oregon is 20-8 overall and sitting in a great place to earn a favorable seed in the NCAA Tournament.

With Oregon's current No. 8 seed in the conference, the Ducks would receive a bye in the first round of the Big Ten Tournament. Following the bye, the Ducks would face the No. 9 seed (currently the Indiana Hoosiers) in the first game of the second round.
So, if the standings hold true throughout the remainder of the regular season, Oregon's first matchup in the tournament would tip off at 9 a.m. PT on Thursday, March 13. The game is currently scheduled to be broadcast on the Big Ten Network.
