Pro Duck Dillon Gabriel's window with Cleveland may be short. Host of "The Herd" Colin Cowherd theorized today that Browns owner Jimmy Haslam is chasing Texas quarterback Arch Manning along with an internet-breaking hire at head coach: Nick Saban.

Cowherd said on his show, "This is not a conspiracy theory… this story is a poorly kept secret. The Mannings, Haslem, Jimmy Sexton, Nick Saban."

Haslem is a longtime Tennessee booster and a big fan of the SEC, friends with the Manning family and the legendary Tide head coach.

"Haslem...leans heavily on the Manning family. Very close to the Manning family."

Saban would take a call from the NFL, Cowherd said, provided he could get a top quarterback. He's ruled out a return to college football. Also in Haslem's "circle of trust" is Saban's agent, Jimmy Sexton.

The entire rant has a connect-the-dots, strands-of-yarn-attached-with-pushpins quality of a whacked-out conspiracy theory or a plot on "Only Murders in the Building," but the award-winning show host says it's more than rumor or conjecture.

If it comes to pass, Dillon Gabriel could be out of a job even if he succeeds in winning it.
