There are truly no head coaches quite like Dan Lanning. As ESPN College GameDay kicked off Saturday morning from Eugene, Lanning made a guest appearance to talk about his team's big-time matchup later that day.
The No. 3 Oregon Ducks were hosting the No. 7 Indiana Hoosiers in one of the biggest games of the season, and Lanning had to make sure the crowd was ready to bring the energy.
After talking about the game itself for just a few minutes, ESPN analyst and host Pat McAfee pulled his usual stunt: taking off his shirt to get the crowd as rambunctious as possible.
The difference this week? Lanning took his shirt off too, and the Oregon crowd, filled with students and die-hard fans (despite it being before 7 a.m. PT), absolutely lost it.

Lanning is known for his energy and ambition when it comes to the Ducks. He repeatedly pulls off creative antics and dubious trick plays, and his passion for the game is undeniable.
However, he isn't necessarily known for taking his clothes off on national television, even though he has proven that he's willing to do anything on the recruiting trail or in games, which has included taking his shirt off to jump in a pool before.

The hype in Eugene was real on Saturday morning, even though the early-morning college game day show kicked off before most college students would usually be awake.
