The Oregon Ducks were the No. 1 team in the country and preparing to take on the Wisconsin Badgers in Madison. However, Duck fans still had their eyes focused on trolling the Ohio State Buckeyes.
The Buckeyes were visiting Northwestern and easily blew past the Wildcats, but an Oregon fan (supposedly based in Chicago) was seen putting Ohio State on blast from his second-floor apartment.
The Duck fan is 100 percent correct. It has been over three years since the Buckeyes were able to take down the Michigan Wolverines. Meanwhile, the Ducks defeated both Ohio State and Michigan during their debut season in the conference.
So far, head coach Dan Lanning has led his team to a perfect 7-0 entrance into the Big Ten.
When Ohio State came to Eugene, the Ducks eeked out a one-point win over the Buckeyes (32-31), earning them the respect of the nation. Just a few weeks later, the Ducks flew to Ann Arbor and blew the doors off of Michigan (38-17) at the Big House.
Oregon currently rests at 10-0 overall. After defeating the Northwestern Wildcats, Ohio State sits at 9-1 overall. Michigan, the defending National Champions, sits at 5-5 overall, an abysmal 3-4 in Big Ten play, and was on a bye during Week 12.
Ohio State and Michigan are scheduled to play in Week 14 in Ann Arbor. If Ohio State head coach Ryan Day can lead the Buckeyes to a win, it will improve his record against the Wolverines to just 2-3 overall.
Oregon and Wisconsin are scheduled to play at 7:30 p.m. ET / 4:30 p.m. PT on NBC. Heading into the matchup, the Ducks were 13.5-point favorites over the Badgers, according to FanDuel Sportsbook, and the over-under was set at just 49.5 total points.
