Oregon and Utah State agreed to mutually cancel a home-and-home series in 2027 and 2028 Wednesday, paving the way for the Ducks to resume their longstanding rivalry with in-state rival Oregon State, at least for two more seasons.

A single game scheduled with the Aggies at Autzen Stadium remains on the calendar. USU is slated to join the reconfigured PAC-12 beginning next season.

The Beavers were 5-7 last season, PAC Two championsh at 1-0 after a 41-38 win over Washington State in Corvallis on November 23.

Oregon agreed to pay Utah State a $1.2 million guarantee for the 2029 game in Eugene, so it's a great deal for the Logan, Utah squad, currently in the Mountain West.
