Multiple sites are reporting that Mater Dei offensive tackle Kodi Greene has flipped his verbal commitment from Oregon to the Washington Huskies.

Greene, 6-6, 290, is the No. 61 recruit in the 2026 class and the No. 6 offensive tackle. He's a nimble, agile big man who excels at the second level , a major coup for Jedd Fisch and his staff in Seattle, the first real win they've had in a head-to-head battle with the Ducks since Fisch replaced Kaelen DeBoer last year.

His decision drops the Ducks seven spots in the national recruiting rankings down to 14 with seven commitments. At tackle, Oregon is among the leaders for Maryland five-star Glen Iheanacho. No. 1 overall recruit Jackson Cantwell visits this weekend.

Greene is ranked a five-star at other sites and in industry averages. In addition recruiting analyst Steve Wiltfong has entered a prediction for Jackson Cantwell to Georgia.

Oregon's 2026 class has been in freefall over the last two months. Greene is the biggest and most significant loss, and the Ducks will have to buckle up. For a while it appeared he might sign with USC and he's taken several trips since committing to Oregon on August 12, 2024.
