Oregon true freshman Brandon Finney and Dakorien Moore earned recognition Monday, named to On3 Sports' freshman All-America team.

On3's Max Torres noted that the Ducks were one of just three teams to place a player on both offense and defense. Through the season's first seven games, Finney allowed just three catches in 18 targets, 28 yards allowed with one interception.

The 6-2, 203 DB from Owings Mills, Maryland racked up 29 tackles, two forced fumbles and an interception while breaking up eight passes.

From Duncanville, Texas, the No. 1 receiver in the 2026 class, Moore flashed earlier this season before injuring his knee in practice, out since the Iowa game. Before his injury he was Oregon's leading target, 28 catches for 443 yards and three touchdowns.

Moore had another 49 yards and a touchdown on four end-around plays this season.

While postseason honors are nice, the big question with these two will be whether Dak can make it back into the lineup during the playoffs. Sunday Dan Lanning wouldn't say whether he'd be back, but did praise him to his efforts in rehab.

"I think it starts with mindset. Dakorien, like several other guys that've been in that position," he said, "realize they have a job to do as far as pushing themselves to be back in position where they can help this team."
