Ducks release required injury report, and they're short in a few spots

The Big Ten conference now requires head coaches to release injury reports prior to games, partly due to the widespread influence of sports gambling. It's an attempt to be transparent and consistent about information.

Oregon complied, and the report shows they'll be down to seven wide receivers and minus a couple of linebackers today, nine players in all.

That will put more pressure/create more opportunity for Jerry Mixon and Ify Obidegwu, to cite two examples. Na'eem Offord and Malik Benson might see more playing time.

Even with the subtractions, Oregon is a 28.5-point favorite today over the Big Sky Champions.
