Dezianna Patmon mashed a three-run homer in the bottom of the 7th to send the Ducks to the Super Regional with a walk-off 10-7 victory over Stanford at the Eugene Regional from Jane Sanders Stadium.

Joie Economides hammered a grand slam home run in the first for Stanford to take a 4-0 lead after a dropped foul pop could have ended the inning.

She hit a three-run shot in the third to give The Cardinal a 7-3 lead.

In the second, first baseman Rylee McCoy took a lined shot to her face and had to leave the game, helped off the field by her teammates.

Oregon came to bat in the bottom of the second, needing to refocus after the injury to one of their best players, the team leader in home runs with 19. Emma Cox led off with a walk.

Patmon walked to put two on with no outs. Kaylynn Jones hit a solid liner to left but The Cardinal played her perfectly. With one out Katie Flannery blasted a fly ball over the wall in left a three-run shot that got the Ducks within 4-3.

Stanford's Alyssa Hudson seemed nearly unhittable on Saturday, but the Ducks got to her early in this one, working her for three walks, though Flannery's blow was their first hit of the game.

Following Economides' second home run in the third Stanford got a double off the glove of Kedre Luschar in centerfield, a rare miscommunication between the Luschar sisters on a well-hit fly ball to the wall.

A rare error by Paige Sinicki came next, but reliever Staci Chambers put out the threat with a strikeout.

They came to bat in the bottom of the third down four for the second time in the game. Paige Sinicki drew a walk with two outs and catcher Emma Cox lofted a no-doubt home run to left to close within 7-5 with four innings to play.

Three solid defensive plays highlighted the top of the 4th. Kedre Luschar put away a fly ball, Cox pounced on a bunt and fired a strike to Jones covering first, then Ma'ake, subbing at first, snared a well-hit groundball, Stanford down 1-2-3 with Jones coming to bat.

A weird play ended the Oregon fourth. Katie Flannery singled with one out, but Kai Luschar hit a low line drive to Cardinal shortstop Mahler that was ruled a lineout, though it appeared it may have bounced into the glove. Mahler threw to first, pinch runner Elyse Kresho ruled out for a double play.

Staci Chambers continued her strong work out of the bullpen, setting the visitors down in order in the fifth, her second 1-2-3 inning.

A third strike in the dirt got away from the catcher, and Kedre Luschar alertly sprinted to first, then stole second. That made her 27-27 in stolen bases, with a graceful popup slide at the end.

Ayanna Shaw singled off the pitcher, picked up quickly in left field, Luschar wisely retreating back to first.

Runners at the corners with Ma'ake at the plate. A foul pop to the netting, caught by Allie Clements at the backstop. One down.

The Stanford pitcher Hunter called a meeting on the mound, apparent blister on her finger. She stayed in.

The next pitch drifted low and inside, a passed ball. Luschar raced home, called safe when the Stanford defender Berry obstructed home plate. 7-6, tying run on second, the call upheld after a lengthy review.

Liberty beat Texas A&M, 6-5. If the Ducks complete the comeback, they're going to host a Super Regional.

Sinicki walked: Two on, one out. Zoe Prystajko came in to pitch. Mahler turned a one-hop grounder into an easy double play, ending the threat. The Ducks trailed 7-6 with two innings to play.

Sinicki ranged far into the hole to her right, backhanded the ball and fired a pea to Ma'ake at first for out No. 1 in the 6th, Ma'ake making a nice stretch to complete the play.

Chambers struck out Camryn Carmouche swinging for out No. 2 of the 6th. A popup to short completed her third straight 1-2-3 inning.

Through 3.2 she'd allowed just one hit while holding The Cardinal scoreless, one of her best pitching performances of the year, retiring 11 straight batters.

Dezianna Patmon bashed a triple off the right field wall to lead off the Oregon 6th. Braiesey Rosa came in to pinch hit. She got new life when Economides dropped a drifting foul pop.

Didn't matter. Rosa struck out swinging through a rise ball. Flannery took two big cuts but went down swinging.

Kai Luschar came to bat with a runner on third and two outs. She chopped a ball in front of the plate, and her speed turned into a single and a tie game. Prystajko had no play anywhere. 7-7.

A groundout to short ended the inning, still tied going into the 7th, 2,3 and 4 due up for Stanford, Jones, Mahler and Berry.

Ayanna Shaw made a running catch at the wall for out No. 1, then Chambers issued a four-pitch walk, her first of the game. Berry sent a line single into right, two on, one out.

Mahler fished at a low ball, 1-1. She took high for ball two. Chambers fired a change up for strike two. A groundball to Jones yielded a force at second, no time for the double.

With Economides due up, Melyssa Lombardi changed pitchers. Chambers threw 4.1 innings of shutout ball, though the two runners on base belonged to her.

Sokolsky took over pitching to the dangerous Economides. She swung through a ball in the dirt, then took a ball below the knees. Another ball low, the umpire seeming to squeeze the strike zone a bit.

Flannery scooped up a grounder to third, over to first to end the threat.

Oregon had three outs to walk off their way to hosting a Super Regional, Ma'ake, Sinicki and Cox due up.

First pitch swinging, Ma'ake popped to second. Sinicki took a strike at the letters, way out in front, behind 0-2. She took high, then served a single into right, winning run on.

Sinicki stole second, the throw high and into centerfield, scrambling to her feet and hustling to third. One away, the winning run 60 feet away, 3-0 to Emma Cox.

Stanford put Cox on. Patmon mashed the first pitch she saw high off the screen in left, a three-run homer, Super Regionals, 10-7.
