The college football season is on the horizon as the Ducks are just under 3 weeks away from kicking off the season against Boise State. Heading into the season, you can look at Oregon's schedule and assume the Ducks will win most of the games, while a few stand out as tough matchups. Given that the Ducks enter the season as National Championship favorites, most of the schedule will be games that many wonder if they'll end up being trap games.
During Big Ten Play, games like the matchups against USC, Ohio State, Michigan, and Washington stand out as the biggest tests, while other games fly under the radar. One of the matchups that's flying under the radar but will be talked about a ton is the matchup against Nebraska on October 17th.
Early lines indicate Dylan Raiola could play for Oregon vs Nebraska
When October 17th rolls around, the game against Nebraska will be heavily talked about by the media. The reason for all the noise around the game will be the fact that Dylan Raiola transferred from Nebraska to Oregon to serve as the Ducks' backup after being the starter and billed as the savior of Husker football.
According to the early lines for the game, set by the DraftKings Sportsbook, the Oregon Ducks will be 21.5-point favorites (-110) over Nebraska when the Cornhuskers come to Eugene. For how big of favorites the Ducks are, the points total is seemingly low, as it's set at just 51.5 points.

Given how big the spread is favoring the Ducks, the matchup shouldn't bring too much concern for Oregon. The biggest question about the game may be whether or not Dan Lanning allows Dylan Raiola to relieve Dante Moore if the Ducks have the game firmly under control.
The game will be played in Eugene, so it would take a ton of the pressure off Raiola while still giving him a chance to show his former team how much he's improved. Given how much the Nebraska fans have talked negatively about Dylan Raiola since he left, it would be great to give him the chance to stick it to them.
Most of the games Oregon plays this season won't be projected to be close games, which is at times boring. Having a fun extra added storyline the week of the game will only add to the fun for the Ducks, as well as some extra motivation for the rest of the team to put their best foot forward.
