A four-star prospect from the class of 2025, Brandon Finney has been committed to the Oregon Ducks since June of this year. The cornerback is the sixth-ranked player at his position in the class and should be an incredible addition to the Ducks' already talented defensive secondary.

However, On3 experts have recently logged new predictions that Finney will flip his commitment to the Penn State Nittany Lions instead.

Currently, the Ducks land at No. 9 on the team rankings for their class of 2025 commits while the Nittany Lions are ranked No. 15, according to 247Sports.

Finney isn't the only cornerback from the class who is currently committed to Oregon. Fellow four-star prospect Dorian Brew is also a part of the Ducks' class of incoming players next season.

While Finney remains committed to the Ducks as of now, the experts from On3 are giving Penn State an 82.9 percent chance of changing the young athlete's mind.

Oregon cornerbacks coach Chris Hampton has been the main man when it comes to Finney's recruitment to the Ducks. Finney has visited Eugene and the Oregon campus three times throughout the process and has had three home visits from Hampton or other Oregon recruiters.

On the other side of the coin, Finney has visited Penn State four times over the last year or so and has received four home visits from the Nittany Lions' recruiting staff.

On3's Chad Simmons, the Director of Recruiting for the organization, logged the prediction that Finney will flip his commitment.
