Final odds and a prediction for Oregon vs. San Diego State

After picking up a monster win over the No. 20 team in the country on Tuesday, Oregon basketball will be back in action on Wednesday to face one of the best unranked teams in the nation.

Oregon is looking to make some noise and potentially make it to Saturday's final round with a 2-0 record and a chance to face yet another tough opponent. The Ducks will need to play a near-perfect game on Wednesday, however, as San Diego State really took it to a ranked Creighton team on Tuesday and they played No. 3 Gonzaga tough a week ago.

So San Diego State isn't going to just roll over and, in my opinion, this will be Oregon's toughest test to date and that includes Oregon State on the road and a ranked Texas A&M team.

The Ducks are favored over a really good San Diego State team so that just shows that Vegas is giving Oregon the respect it deserves for starting the season 6-0 and just beating a solid Texas A&M team on Tuesday.

Still, this feels like it could go either way.

I predicted that Oregon was going to upset Texas A&M on Tuesday and the Ducks delivered so I'm going to predict another big win here on Wednesday although there will need to be a late comeback to allow this to come to fruition. The Ducks will face a heck of a test and find a way to win.

Final score: Oregon 74, San Diego State 72
