Oregon has to turn the page quickly. After a gutsy, emotional 18-16 win over Iowa in Kinnick Stadium Saturday afternoon they host Minnesota Friday night, the Gophers coming off a bye and still competing for a good bowl.

Oddsmakers set the Ducks as a 20.5-point favorite for the Big Ten clash, a 6 p.m. PT kickoff in Autzen Stadium. The over/under is 46.5 and the Moneyline is off, according to ESPN Bet.

Broadcast on Fox TV, the scheduled announcers are Dave Flemming and Brock Osweiler, the former 6-9 quarterback at Arizona State.

For those who celebrate, fans are requested to wear green. The early weather forecast is promising with a daytime high of 52, nighttime low of 43, a chance of showers, with light winds 5 to 10 mph, milder conditions than the atmospheric river that emptied the stands in the fourth quarter against Wisconsin.

Minnesota ranks in the middle of the pack in the Big Ten in most categories:

Scoring defense: 21.6 points per game, 10th
Rushing defense: 3.38 yards per carry, 5th
Scoring offense: 23.8 points per game, 10th
Yards per play offense: 5.09 yards per play, 14th
Yards per play defense: 5.20 yards per play, 10th

Considering that Oregon just ran for 261 yards and 7.2 yards per play on one of the best run defenses in the country, the three-touchdown spread seems logical, even if results may vary and people should bet responsibly.
