Now, the Oregon Ducks are no strangers to their athletes going pro in whatever sport they played in Eugene.
From legendary Ducks like Sabrina Ionescu in the WNBA, Justin Herbert in the NFL, Payton Pritchard in the NBA, and more, there are Pro Ducks all over the place.
However, it isn't very often that a former Oregon acro and tumbling athlete makes an appearance on national television, but that's exactly what Calyx Harmony Hampton, known as Sol Ruca, did last night.
Ruca, who attended the University of Oregon and competed on the Ducks' A&T team, made a television appearance on the WWE's RAW last night and had an incredible showing.
Former Oregon A&T athlete Sol Ruca rocks WWE's RAW
She started her wrestling career in 2022 after her collegiate tumbling career came to an end.
Since then, she has already become a one-time NXT Women's North American Champion and one-time WWE Women's Speed Champion, holding both titles for the longest ever stretch since their inception.

Since joining WWE Performance Center in May of 2022, where she trains, Ruca has garnered quite a following and had quite a few memorable moves last night, including her own signature move called the "Sol Snatcher."
She bounces herself backwards off the ropes and takes down her opponent while doing a back flip, an ability undeniably thanks to her background in acro and tumbling.

The former Duck is mkaing her name known in a different way, and so far in her WWE career, it has clearly paid off pretty well.
