Kesean Bowman committed to the Ducks Thursday morning, a 6-1, 170 wide receiver from Brentwood Academy in Brentwood, Tennessee.

After his sophomore year of high school football Bowman ranks as the No. 51 player in the class of 2027 and the No. 10 wide receiver. Last season he tallied over 1,000 receiving yards and eight touchdowns on 56 catches.

Since Ross Douglas took over as Oregon receiver coach this spring the Ducks have landed three top wide receiver prospects, Rochester New York's Messiah Hampton, Frisco, Texas sensation Jalen Lott and now Bowman.

Bowman comes from a football family. His uncle Adarius Bowman put up 1,000 yards receiving at Oklahoma State in both 2006 and 2007, the team MVP as a junior. He played 12 seasons in the CFL. Uncles Mike and Devin Bowman played at Alabama and Georgia.

He's quick, fluid and tough to cover, a physical player who delivers hits at cornerback.

The challenge with a commitment made this early is keeping him. Bowman's 2024 teammate George McIntyre is a 6-6 freshman quarterback at Tennessee. He'll be pulling hard to flip him.

As it stands, Douglas has secured three dynamic wide receiver talents for the future.
