Oregon hosts their second consecutive Junior Day on Saturday, and their commitment to 2027 high school recruiting is relentless.
The Ducks got a prediction Thursday from On3 Sports national analyst Steve Wiltfong and Scoop Duck scribe Max Torres, both indicating Harper Woods, Michigan phenom Dakota Guerrant was nearing a decision to join the flock.
Guerrant is a garlic-butter smooth and spicy 6-1, 195 two-way player who projects as a wide receiver at the next level, fluid with fly paper hands He takes the ball with a naturalness and ease, breaks off his routes crisply.
He visited Oregon on September 25th and again last weekend and the dynamic pass catcher would continue an exceptional run of top wideouts to Eugene. He's elite in route-running, work habits and production, over 1600 all-purpose yards and 23 touchdowns as a sophomore in 2024.

A second recruit Torres touts for Oregon is Basha High running back Noah Roberts from Chandler, Arizona, a great blend of power, speed and balance. Roberts has rushed for 2,168 yards already in his high school career with 29 touchdowns.
Tennessee, Alabama, Notre Dame and USC are all pursuing the touchdown maker from the desert, who has been clocked at a roadrunner-like 4.38 in the 40..
He led the Bears to a 12-1 record and the Open Division State Championship this season.
A third pivotal recruit Dan Lanning is closing in on is Avery Michael, a 6-6, 290 offensive tackle from Turlock, California who has a final six of Oregon, Washington, Michigan, Cal, USC and Nebraska.
Michael visited Eugene for last weekend's Junior Day and took a home visit from A'lique Terry the week before. His HUDL highlights can be found HERE.
