Ducks add 6-4 Guard in the portal

Elon transfer guard TK Simpkins committed to the Ducks Wednesday. Simpkins scored 16.4 points a game on 42 percent shooting, 36.7 percent from three, 76 percent from the line. He averaged three assists and three rebounds a game.

He'll give the Ducks size in the backcourt to go along with Jackson Shelstad, who announced a return to the team on Sunday. Next Dana Altman needs a wing who can attack the boards and the basket.

From Brooklyn, New York, Simpkins will be a junior in 2025-26, though he started his career at Northwest Florida State, a JUCO school.

Wyndham Clark paired with Jon Rahm and Tommy Fleetwood at the Masters

Former Oregon golfer, U.S. Open winner and PAC-12 Champion Wyndham Clark tees off at 10:34 PDT Thursday at the Masters alongside Spain's Jon Rahm, Masters Champion in 2023, and Tommy Fleetwood, who finished tied for third in 2024.

The first two rounds of the tournament will be broadcast on ESPN, with the two final rounds on CBS. Scottie Scheffler is the defending champion.

Ducks miss on top-rated prep

Five-star shooting guard Brayden Burries committed to Arizona Wednesday. The Ducks were in the final five for the elite prep from Eleanor Roosevelt High in San Bernandino, California, a MacDonald's All-American who averaged 24.8 points and 7.9 rebounds per game in high school.
