Oregon fans have mixed reactions over the Ducks uniform combination for Week 14
By Sam Fariss
The Oregon Ducks always have a new look. From fancy helmets to colorful uniforms, Nike has set up the Ducks to look their best. This season, Oregon is the No. 1 team in the nation, 11-0, and preparing to take on their rivals, the Washington Huskies.
While fans are undoubtedly pleased with how their team has played so far this season, when the Ducks unveiled their uniform combination, the Oregon faithful had some mixed reviews.
Oregon already wore the all-black tops with green and grey detailing earlier this season when the Ducks took down Ohio State at home. However, the Ducks had yet to wear the grey pants or the all-chrome helmets this year.
While a lot of people were excited about the return of the "chrome domes" and the new combination, a few people were disappointed that the Ducks wouldn't be rocking more green and yellow as they played their final regular season game.
Of course, Washington fans had their own negative thoughts to share, despite not having a leg to stand on when it comes to uniforms since the Huskies wear Adidas every week...
No matter what the Oregon Ducks have worn this season, the team has been unstoppable throughout their first 11 games. As the Ducks search to cap off their perfect regular season with a win over the Huskies, fans will have to settle with the black and grey uniforms... and maybe not complain since the black jerseys worked fairly well for Oregon earlier this year.
The Ducks and the Huskies are scheduled to kick off at 4:30 p.m. PT from Autzen Stadium. The game will be broadcast on NBC.
