Oregon Video's superb documentary series "under Construction," telling the story of growth and development at the Ducks' Fall Camp continues with the release of Episode Two Thursday night, entitled, "Building."
Lanning speaks to the team at a meeting in the Hatfield-Dowlin Center and says, "In the chaos of the sport, the process provides us a way. That's what when we say the process, this is supposed to be like our tool book. Don't focus on how difficult the task is. Break it down into pieces. Follow the process and not the prize."
