Penn State scored easily with the first possession of the overtime, runs by Allen and Pena setting up a four-yard touchdown run by Kaytron Allen.

The Ducks had to score to extend the game. Hill ran for 3. Gary Bryant took a short pass across the first down line.

Moore and Limar missed connection on the mesh and Moore fell on it, 2nd and 13. Moore kept for five on a designed run up the middle, hit hard by King Mack. He hit Limar underneath on a wheel route, a yard short of the sticks, making it 4th and 1.

Amare Campbell barely missed a targeting foul, reviewed but declined. Oregon had the ball fourth and one on the 5. Moore kept, surging through the line for a first down.

Moore snuck a shovel pass to Jamari Johnson and he sifted through the line for touchdown. Sappington made the PAT to send the game to a second OT.

At 24-24, Oregon possesses the ball first. Moore evaded a rusher and side-armed a ball to Bryant for a catch-and-run score.

The two-point conversion attempt was intercepted by Dennis-Sutton and returned to midfield, Penn State's ball at the 25. On the first play from scrimmage Dillon Thieneman snared a pass in the flat, intercepted for a 30-24 road victory.
