The squad breaking the top-ten ceiling for the Big Ten power rankings after the close of the spring portal is the Wisconsin Badgers.

Three-star offensive tackle Leyton Nelson joined the Badgers' roster at the end of April during a relative drought for Wisconsin's transfer recruiting class.

With six players entering their names into the portal, April wasn't perfect for the Badgers but Wisconsin is looking like a solid squad as the Big Ten heads toward the summer months.
