Yes, Maryland lost a lot to the portal and gained just a few players back throughout this offseason.
However, similarly to other teams in this conference, not a whole lot changed for the Terrapins during the two-week window of the spring transfer portal.
In fact, throughout spring practices, it seems head coach Mike Locksley found a way to make his players stay and that is why the Terrapins are still hovering around the middle of the pack.
