Oregon is hanging onto a spot in the NCAA Tournament by a thread and they have a tough task in front of them.

Traveling to Tucson, the Ducks are scheduled to play the No. 6 Arizona Wildcats on the road. ESPN currently has Arizona as the 94.8 percent favorite to win.

Oregon is currently 19-9 overall and 11-6 in conference play. The Wildcats have lost just six games this season, with only four losses in Pac-12 games.

The last time the two teams met, in Eugene, the Wildcats defeated the Ducks 87-78 in a decisive victory. This time around, head coach Dana Altman is hoping to lead his team to a win in the desert.

How to watch Oregon vs. Arizona:

  • Date & Time: March 2 at 12 p.m. PT
  • Location: McKale Center, Tucson, AZ
  • TV & Streaming: ESPN, Fubo TV
  • Live stats: StatBroadcast

Key matchups:

In a game that should be dubbed the Battle of the Big Men, centers N’Faly Dante and Oumar Ballo will be matched up against each other. Oregon’s Nate Bittle will hopefully be able to make an appearance and give Dante a hand in carrying the load in the paint.

Oregon will have to lock down Arizona’s star player, Caleb Love. The guard is averaging 19.3 points per game for the Wildcats.

If Jermain Couisnard, Jackson Shelstad, and Kwame Evans Jr. can combine to slow Love down, the Ducks stand a chance at taking down the Wildcats.

The entire Oregon roster will need to shoot well and improve their scoring average of 76 points per game. Arizona averages nearly 90 points a game and only allows 71.5 points per game for their opponents.

Oregon injury report:

Jesse Zarzuela is out for the season. He injured his ankle and had reparative surgery in December.

The rest of the roster is available to try to earn Altman his 751st career win as a head coach.

Arizona injury report:

No Wildcats are listed as injured heading into the home matchup against Oregon.

Final score prediction: Oregon 79, Arizona 83
