The Ducks have earned a spot in a No. 23 national ranking after winning seven of their nine conference series so far this season.

Oregon most recently defeated the Washington Huskies in a 2-1 series win over its Pac-12 rival, who will join the Ducks in the Big Ten next year.

As the postseason rapidly draws closer, Oregon has just one conference series remaining before the Pac-12 Tournament begins: against the Washington State Cougars.

Against UW, the Ducks outscored the Huskies 24-16 over the three games. Oregon’s bats got hot in the second game of the series scoring 13 runs and more than doubling Washington’s score.

Washington State is 21-29 overall heading into the Cougars’ series against the Ducks, with an abysmal 9-18 conference record.
